ViVa Las Vegas

Last week the kids and I went to Vegas for a few days. We went with grandma deb and cousin Ty. We had a great time. It was very hot the first day we were there. I think it was at least 110 that day or hotter. We took the kids to a few family friendly places, we saw tiger's, dancing water as they call it, a valcone that they were so excited to see and ended up hating it. They swam alot at least 8 hours in one day. They were swam out by the time we left.

We had a little scary experinece. After we took the kids to the valcone and headed back to the car we were told that the parking garage was shut down by the police. And asked everyone to go back inside the hotel. We just sat in the doorway and waited until we got the ok to goto the car. An hour and a half later we were able to leave. There ended up being a man in garage with a gun. We were alittle scared and ran to the caras fasr as we could. We were alittle nervous walking back but we made it out safely.

I have been to vegas quite a few times and have always wanted my pic by the famous sign. As you can see the kids were thrilled about this.

My friend Ashlee came and hung with us for the day it was fun to see her and her kids.

At one of the hotels they had this fun display you could walk through. All the flowers were real it was amazing.

Headed Out!!

Ky's Day With Mom

It seems like I am always doing things with addie which I love but, she is gone to grandma's so it was kys turn to hang out with mom. He wanted to go the disney store and get a new Woody( doll) from toy story( his new obsession). It was funny he had it all planned. After that he wanted to go to cabela's. I was fine with that its fun cheap entertainment. We had lunch there and then walkedd around the store and stayed as long as he wanted. He fed the fish a few times and told me about all the different animals. He was so happy and I was loving spending the time with him. We had a fun day:):)

SOO Much Better..

My very nice sister in-law came and helped me stain my kitchen cupboards yesterday. I was a little worried they were to dark. But after I have gotten used to it. I LOVE them, they look a million times better and i didn't have to buy new ones. We got new counter tops last spring and now the cupboard match soo much better. Now if I can just get some new tile I will be very happy. But until then I will deal with the ugly white tile.

REALLY U JUST DID THAT

She thought it would be really fun to color all over her. Pretty much everywhere that wasn't covered with clothes. She even got under her arms, toes, and the back of her neck. Crazy girl!

4TH OF JULY

We had a fun weekend, we went to richfield and had fu nwith out families. On sunday we spent the afternoon with my family had a BBQ and played some card games and did a few fireworks. On monday we wne to the richfield parade. And then went to jades grandma's for lunch and to watch the horse races from there front porch. It was fun we bet a quarter on the horse that would win and addie and I did pretty good. We had a fun relaxing few days. Its always fun to spend time with FAMILY!

a little bit of this and that

1- Better late than never .. right :) ky finished kindergarten at the end of may. I have mixed feeling about it. I don't want my kids to get older, but who does.He did awesome this year we are very proud of him.

These pictures were at the end of the year they do field day and a dance festival. I was able to go and take a group of the kids around to the different areas, It was fun and was gald that I was able to see ky do all the fun things.

2- Addie finished her first year of preschool. I can't believe she is now 4 and in a year she will be off to kindegarten. I was an emtional wreck the last week of school. I don't know what was worng with me. But I am happy to have the kids home all day for the summer.

These pictures are from her teddy bear picnic program. She actually sang and did a good job. There were only 4 kids in her class.

3- We haven't done anyhting to excting yet this summer, but the kids have fun playing with friends, swimming and running through the sprinkler, picnic's at the park and just hanging out with mom. Who could ask for more right. Later this summer we are going to head to San Diego with jade's fam we are SUPER excited.

4- last week jade took the scouts camping and took ky. So addie and I had a girls weekend. WE went swimming at the lindon pool. Highly recommend it. She had a blast.And keeps asking when we can go back and take ky.

5- Jae is such a good dad.. I couldn't ask for a better dad for my kiddo's. This was on father's day. And yes those are his toes that he let addie paint. I never laughed so hard.I helped on the left side but i bet you can guess wich ones addie did.

Miss Addie Turned 4

Birthday Princess

Addie turned 4 on mon June 7th. It makes me alittle sad to have my baby growing up but I guess that is what they do. I can't believe 4 years has flown by so fast. I wish they would slow down just a bit. On her birthday she would hold up 4 fingers but said she was 5. I told her no only 4 we don't want you another year older. She is my little buddy she is pretty girly, she likes me to paint her nails, she knows that she has to have her hair done every single day, she love loves princesses. But she also isn't afraid to get dirty. For her birthday I decided to have a friend party. I was alittle nervous to have a bunch of 4 and 5 yr olds all by myself but it ended up being a great party. She of course wanted a princess party so we had them dress up. We had lunch,played a few games, I wanted them to make crowns but couldn't find them so we decorated visors. It turned out to be really fun!! I thought she looked super cute so I had to take a few pictures!!
