PUNKIN CARVING~

I am not a huge fan of pumpkin carving because it is so messy!! But the company is always good and I love spending time as a family!! And the kids are happy as can be. Enjoy the pics:)

Ky decided to be big this year and clean and carve his own pumpkin. It was alittle harder than he thought so mom and dad helped him out alittle.

More of A Modern look

I decided to paint my kitchen table first before I did the hutch. I love the way it turned out. I just need to find another chair. It doesn't look as good in the pics. But i just thought I share my craftyness with you all. Scroll down to see what it looked like before.

Fall Fun

A few weeks a go addie and I went to SSHS homecoming football,mainly to watch my sister dance in the drill team. Addie couldn't wait to go and get her face painted. After she got her face painted she did not want to stay at the game she just wanted to leave so thankfully grandpa kelly didn't want to stay either, so he took her home and my mom and I got to stay and watch the team get killed. But it was fun. Its so weird to go back there they look so young it dosen't seem like i was there to long ago. Anyway the drill team is awesome and i loved watching them dance.

Last week was Fall break and Iwanted to so something fun with the kids so me and my friend brooke got together nad headed to gardner village. Little did we know it was a hot spot and it was very crowded. We had lunch there and walked around the shops. Addie got spider eyes and I could not talk ky into it. Anyway it was a fun day. I would like to go back sometime when its not so crowded.

Sibling love

My kids are like most siblings fight and drive each other crazy!! But they really do luv each other. Ky is for sure a great big brother always looking out for his little sis. And addie luvs him she misses him when he is at school and is excited when he gets home. I was looking at pics i took last fall and can't believe how much they have grown in a years time. I wish they would stop, but i know that won't happen. So I will just cherish each year and everyday and take as many pics as possible. They are little only once right?

Just For Fun~

Last sunday we went up the canyon to take some family pics for our friends. I really wanted to take some of our family agian, even though we just got them done. Jade said no so i just took a few of the kids wish i would have had them dressed cuter but they turned out ok. For spur of the moment. It was so pretty with all the leaves changing i am pretty sure I will be making another trip up there before fall is over.

advice

This is obviously a pic i took at christmas time last year, but i have been looking at blogs that refinish old furniture. I am thinking i want to paint this hutch but am a little scared. Any suggestions. should i do it? what color?
