advice

This is obviously a pic i took at christmas time last year, but i have been looking at blogs that refinish old furniture. I am thinking i want to paint this hutch but am a little scared. Any suggestions. should i do it? what color?

    Black, or my mom just painted the doors in her house and they are so cute she painted them tan and then brushed the gel stain over top it is seriously so cute i could have her text you a pic.

    you should do it black with an antique crackle finish. (Good Luck...I always have these great ideas that never turn out the way I want...but your pretty crafty so I think you can handle it.) :-)

    Go to http://www.allthingsthrifty.com/ and look at her painted furniture. She even gives you advise on how to paint the furniture. I'm obsessed with her blog!!
